PRODE Foundation volunteers will participate, once again, in the International Congress on Drowning Prevention.
The volunteers of PRODE Foundation will participate in the IV International Congress on Drowning Prevention (CIPREA), which will be held at the Palacio de Congresos de Córdoba between the 18th and 20th of October, to carry out collaborative actions with the organisation in equal roles.
The Entity’s staff were already present at the previous edition of the CIPREA, which took place in Cordoba in October 2021, where they carried out important work within the framework of the organisation and thus contributed to its brilliant development.
The CIPREA, organised by the Royal Spanish Lifesaving Federation, has become an area where members of the PRODE Foundation participate in actions that have a direct impact on the development and respect of the person, outside their daily sphere of activity.
This also facilitates the understanding of diversity, training as an essential element for the improvement of quality of life and individual and collective protection and the implementation of the culture of rescue and prevention.
Since October 2021, the PRODE Foundation and the Royal Spanish Lifesaving Federation have signed a framework agreement to generate synergies in order to promote actions that facilitate the development of a meaningful life for people with disabilities, mental illness, the elderly and those at risk of social exclusion, and to collaborate in the field of gender equality, rights and opportunities.
